A quick, flavorful pan-seared salmon with a rich garlic butter sauce, brightened by lemon and fresh parsley.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- pinch paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add butter and melt, then stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add lemon juice and parsley, and spoon the garlic butter over the fish.
- Cook until salmon is opaque and flakes easily, then serve immediately.
Notes
Optional: add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
