Description

A quick, flavorful pan-seared salmon with a rich garlic butter sauce, brightened by lemon and fresh parsley.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • pinch paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add butter and melt, then stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add lemon juice and parsley, and spoon the garlic butter over the fish.
  6. Cook until salmon is opaque and flakes easily, then serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
