- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each fillet.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
