Instructions

- Whisk gluten free flour into the skillet drippings.
- Gradually add beef broth, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer briefly.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or gluten free noodles.
