- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey with all seasonings and mix until well blended.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot with eggs, toast, or your favorite breakfast sides.
Notes
You can make these patties ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze them for quick breakfasts. Adjust spice level to taste by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
