- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (16-oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 8 hamburger buns (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in onion, bell pepper, pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard; cook 2 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until tots are golden and cheese is melted.
