Description
A quick, low-carb lettuce wrap filled with savory ground turkey, carrots, and garlic, seasoned with soy sauce for an Asian-inspired flavor.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 head lettuce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and carrots, cooking for another 3 minutes until carrots are slightly tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Separate lettuce leaves from the head, wash and pat dry.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into each lettuce leaf and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Fold the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, add sliced green onions or a splash of lime juice before serving.
