Description

Juicy and flavorful ground turkey meatballs, baked or pan-fried, perfect for pasta, subs, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (if pan-frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat olive oil in skillet for frying.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. For baking: place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. For pan-frying: cook in skillet, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with pasta, sauce, or on subs.

Notes

For extra moisture, add 2 tbsp milk to the mixture before shaping.
