Description

A creamy, tangy pasta salad featuring sweet corn, diced ham, and a zesty ranch dressing, perfect for picnics or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 15.25 oz canned corn, drained well
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 12 oz cavatappi or macaroni pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water until completely cool.
  2. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning; stir until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add cooled pasta, corn, ham, red onion, and parsley; toss to combine.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Season with ground black pepper to taste, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
