Ingredients

- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup real mayonnaise
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 15.25 oz canned corn, drained well
- 2 cups diced ham
- 12 oz cavatappi or macaroni pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water until completely cool.
- In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning; stir until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl add cooled pasta, corn, ham, red onion, and parsley; toss to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with ground black pepper to taste, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
