Description
Delicious mini sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, ham, Swiss cheese, and buttery garlic spread. Perfect for parties, game day snacks, or quick meals.

- 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 12 slices deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each Hawaiian roll horizontally, leaving a hinge on one side.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
- Spread the mixture on the cut sides of each roll.
- Layer a half slice of ham and a half slice of Swiss cheese inside each roll.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, hinge side down.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a leaf of lettuce or a slice of tomato before serving. These sliders are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
