Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Hawaiian rolls cut in half
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Poppy seeds
  • Optional lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the rolls with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle onion powder and poppy seeds on the buttered sides.
  4. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  5. Spread a thin line of Dijon mustard on the top half.
  6. Close the sliders and place them butter‑side down in the skillet.
  7. Cook for 2‑3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 1‑2 minutes until cheese melts.
