- 4 Hawaiian rolls cut in half
- 8 slices deli ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Poppy seeds
- Optional lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the rolls with melted butter.
- Sprinkle onion powder and poppy seeds on the buttered sides.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
- Spread a thin line of Dijon mustard on the top half.
- Close the sliders and place them butter‑side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 2‑3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 1‑2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, toast the rolls lightly before adding toppings. Add a leaf of lettuce for freshness.
