Description

Mini sliders packed with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory turkey, melted Swiss cheese, and a bright pesto-honey glaze — perfect for parties or quick weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls sliced crosswise
  • 3 tablespoon pesto
  • ½ lb sliced turkey
  • lb sliced Swiss cheese
  • 68 slices
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional: arugula leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the Hawaiian rolls with the butter mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the rolls, cut side down, until golden, about 2 minutes.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pesto on the toasted side of each roll.
  5. Layer a slice of turkey and a slice of Swiss cheese on each roll.
  6. Drizzle honey over the cheese.
  7. Top with another roll slice to make a sandwich.
  8. Cook the assembled sliders in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until cheese melts.
  9. Remove from heat, garnish with arugula if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, add sliced cucumber or pickles inside. You can also bake the sliders at 375°F for 8 minutes instead of pan-frying.
