Mini sliders packed with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory turkey, melted Swiss cheese, and a bright pesto-honey glaze — perfect for parties or quick weeknight meals.

- 12 Hawaiian Rolls sliced crosswise
- 3 tablespoon pesto
- ½ lb sliced turkey
- ⅓ lb sliced Swiss cheese
- 6–8 slices
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoon butter melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: arugula leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the cut sides of the Hawaiian rolls with the butter mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the rolls, cut side down, until golden, about 2 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of pesto on the toasted side of each roll.
- Layer a slice of turkey and a slice of Swiss cheese on each roll.
- Drizzle honey over the cheese.
- Top with another roll slice to make a sandwich.
- Cook the assembled sliders in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until cheese melts.
- Remove from heat, garnish with arugula if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, add sliced cucumber or pickles inside. You can also bake the sliders at 375°F for 8 minutes instead of pan-frying.
