Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin-side down.
  4. Brush the honey glaze evenly over each fillet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 2 days.
