Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg with milk, honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  6. Serve warm with extra honey or fruit.

Notes

For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
