Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the egg with milk, honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Serve warm with extra honey or fruit.
Notes
For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
