- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl beat eggs, honey, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup, or a dusting of powdered sugar for extra flavor.
