Instructions
- Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 cucumber slices and mint leaves until juicy.
- Mix: Add gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain: Double-strain into a chilled martini glass to remove pulp.
- Garnish: Float a cucumber ribbon on top. Serve immediately.
