Description

Ingredients

  • ½ medium cucumber (sliced, plus 1 ribbon for garnish)
  • 2 oz gin (or vodka for a twist)
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 45 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 cucumber slices and mint leaves until juicy.
  2. Mix: Add gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain: Double-strain into a chilled martini glass to remove pulp.
  4. Garnish: Float a cucumber ribbon on top. Serve immediately.
