Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
  3. Add chicken fillets and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Arrange fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
