Ingredients

  • 8 chicken pieces (bone-in thighs or drumsticks)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss chicken pieces in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
