- 8 chicken pieces (bone-in thighs or drumsticks)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken pieces in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
