Description

Cheesy and festive Jack-O’-Lantern quesadillas, perfect for a quick and spooky Halloween snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife or cookie cutter, cut jack-o’-lantern faces into 2 of the tortillas.
  3. Place the uncut tortillas on a baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with the cut-out jack-o’-lantern tortillas.
  5. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden.
