Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 green onion, sliced
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, and rice vinegar, stirring to coat the beef.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

- Serve the beef mixture over a bowl of cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
