Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium‑high heat.
- Add salmon, skin side down, and cook 4‑5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Flip fillets and reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter to the pan and let it melt.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour lemon juice over the fillets and continue cooking 2‑3 minutes, basting with butter.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the sauce. Pair with steamed asparagus or rice.
