Description

Tender salmon fillets pan‑seared in a glossy lemon‑butter garlic sauce, brightened with fresh parsley.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium‑high heat.
  3. Add salmon, skin side down, and cook 4‑5 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. Flip fillets and reduce heat to medium.
  5. Add butter to the pan and let it melt.
  6. Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Pour lemon juice over the fillets and continue cooking 2‑3 minutes, basting with butter.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the sauce. Pair with steamed asparagus or rice.
