- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Arrange thighs on a baking sheet and pour chicken broth around them.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
