Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Arrange thighs on a baking sheet and pour chicken broth around them.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
