Ingredients

  • 1 cup no salt added canned corn, drained

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced mango, canned corn, and red bell pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped jalapeno, green onion, cilantro, olive oil, and lime juice.
