- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 12 meatballs, cooked
- 1 to 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
- 1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated parmesan; brush the mixture onto the cut sides of the Hawaiian rolls.
- Place the rolls, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon a generous amount of marinara sauce over each roll and place a meatball on top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over each meatball.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
