Description

A moist and flavorful zucchini bread swirled with creamy Nutella — perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Neutral Oil (vegetable)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cup Nutella (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Stir in the grated zucchini.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix just until combined.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of half the Nutella over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella on top, swirling again.
  10. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast a slice before serving and add a pat of butter or more Nutella.
