- 6 medium potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pour the melted butter into a baking dish and evenly sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the butter.
- Place the potato halves cut side down into the butter mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then carefully remove the potatoes with a spatula.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking. Goes well with sour cream or a dipping sauce of your choice.
