Description

Crispy and flavorful Parmesan baked potatoes, perfect as a side dish or a tasty snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pour the melted butter into a baking dish and evenly sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the butter.
  3. Place the potato halves cut side down into the butter mixture.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes, then carefully remove the potatoes with a spatula.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking. Goes well with sour cream or a dipping sauce of your choice.
