Description

These sliders combine sweet Hawaiian rolls with savory pepperoni and melty mozzarella for a fun bite-sized snack perfect for parties or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (about 12 rolls)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package sliced pepperoni (about 12 slices)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Grated parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice each Hawaiian roll horizontally, leaving a hinge.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. Layer 2-3 pepperoni slices on the sauce, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Close the rolls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, buttered side up.
  5. Melt butter with Italian seasoning and brush over the tops; sprinkle optional grated parmesan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden; serve warm.
