Description

Juicy roast beef piled onto sweet Hawaiian rolls, toasted with butter and seasoned with garlic, Worcestershire, and sesame seeds for a quick, flavorful slider.


Ingredients

  • ½ lb roast beef deli meat, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices white American or Swiss cheese
  • 9 Hawaiian slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion salt, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, leaving a hinge on one side to open like a book.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the butter mixture on the cut sides of each bun.
  5. Layer a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Top with 2-3 slices of roast beef.
  7. Close the buns and place them butter-side down in the skillet.
  8. Cook for 3-4 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula, until the cheese melts and the buns are golden brown.
  9. Transfer sliders to a plate and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey mustard before serving. Keep leftovers refrigerated and reheat in a skillet for best texture.
