- 1 package (12 count) King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 2 cups shredded roast beef
- 12 slices American cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional for brushing)
- Optional garnish: 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- Optional garnish: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and poppy seeds until smooth.
- Brush the melted butter mixture onto the cut sides of each Hawaiian roll.
- Place a slice of American cheese on the bottom half of each roll, then add 1/3 cup shredded roast beef.
- Top with the roll’s lid to complete each slider.
- Arrange the sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the rolls turn golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley flakes and grated Parmesan cheese if using.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt and pepper to the roast beef before assembling. Adjust garlic powder amount to taste.
