Description
A quick and comforting one-pan dinner featuring juicy meatloaf and crispy roasted green beans. Perfect for a weeknight family meal.

			- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the sheet pan.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- In another bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange green beans around the meatloaf on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the green beans are roasted.
- Let meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make sure to not overmix the meat mixture to keep the meatloaf tender. Feel free to swap green beans for your favorite veggies.
