  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken pieces dry and place on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over all chicken pieces.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
