- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and honey to make a marinade.
- Coat the chicken fillets evenly with the marinade and let them marinate for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the surface is lightly charred.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
