- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
- ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish (or chopped bread-and-butter pickles)
- dash of hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika, for garnish
- fresh dill or chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks and combine with mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet relish, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with a pinch of paprika and fresh dill or chives.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of pickle juice or lemon juice.
