These Starbucks-inspired egg white bites are a healthy, protein-packed breakfast that’s easy to make at home!
Ingredients

- 6 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a silicone muffin tray.
- In a blender, combine egg whites, cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chopped red bell pepper and baby spinach.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the egg bites are set.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tray.
- Enjoy warm or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
For a sous-vide texture, bake the egg bites in a water bath by placing the muffin tray in a larger pan filled with hot water.
