- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each fillet generously with the sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with green onions and lemon wedges before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 20 minutes before baking.
