Ingredients

  • 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add white beans, crushed tomatoes, and vegetable broth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
