Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for baking)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat lightly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or as desired.
Notes
These meatballs freeze well for up to 3 months.
