Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and rice vinegar.
- Add sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
