Description

A creamy, tangy sauce perfect for drizzling over sushi rolls, bowls, or as a dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce.
  3. Stir until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper if desired.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
