  • 3 tbsp Greek salad dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium‑high heat, add ground turkey, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and dill. Cook, breaking up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 6‑8 minutes.
  2. While the turkey cooks, prepare the salad filling: in a bowl combine drained garbanzo beans, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, crumbled feta, and Greek salad dressing. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Warm corn or flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Assemble each taco by spreading a generous spoonful of the garbanzo bean salad on a tortilla, then topping with the cooked ground turkey.
