- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Arrange fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until flaky.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the glaze before brushing.
