Description

A creamy, tangy sauce with a perfect kick of heat from Sriracha, balanced by lime, honey, and a hint of garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in lime juice and honey until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder and smoked paprika, mixing well.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
